ATTENTION ALL CURRENT & POTENIAL CLIENTS:
Effective Immediately, Nichols Computer & Installation Services, LLC., will be changing our business hours, to more effectively manage & work with our clients. Our CdA storefront, will now be OPEN DOOR on Monday 10am - 6pm, Wednesday 10am - 6pm, and Friday 10am - 4pm, we will now have Appointment only time on Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturdays. Our Silver Valley location will now be OPEN DOOR on Tuesday 9am - 5pm, Thursday 9am - 5pm, and Saturday 9am - 3pm, we will have Appointment only time on Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays.
This will not affect our repair times, as we will still be in the shop doing repairs, and clients can still come and pick-up there systems, even on Appointment only days, as long as we are aware of the pick-up. Please make sure to call in to the shop, and set an appointment with us, so that we can make sure to be available.
We are doing this, as we are receiving a huge influx of On-Site appointments, and we are having to close the shop in order to deal with these, therefore all on-site appointments will be scheduled for CdA on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Silver Valley on Mondays & Wednesdays. We will make exceptions for this new policy for businesses & contracts as necessary, to help service our SMB community.
Effective JULY 24, 2024, Nichols Computer & Installation Services, LLC., has been acquired by SAS Enterprises, LLC., Effective immediately, Nichols Computer & Installation Services, LLC., has been dissolved and is no longer. However, SAS Enterprises, LLC, has another computer business NorthWest Computers & IT Services at 9636 N BizTown Loop Hayden, ID 83835. We have kept Anthony Nichols & Dr. S. Andrew Henry as Technicians, so this will not change, and Theresa Calabro is still a General manager, so all of the staff that you are used to seeing and dealing with will not change.
This was a change that we needed to make to maintain fiscal viability given the current market and financial conditions that are plaguing our country. Unfortunately, in order to keep ourselves fiscally viable, we had to make the tough decisions that lead to this change, but in the long run this will be much more viable for you, our clients.
In addition to this business change, we are as well transitioning over to a Membership based model. This means that for a small fee per month, you will have unlimited access to our services, and exclusive discounts, available only to members. You can choose, not to become a member, but this means that you will be paying full price for everything that we do. Our memberships start at just $12.00 per month for consumers and $10.00 per Month Per Computer for Businesses. When you come in you will be given the option of setting up this service.
Additionally, we are currently running on appointment only hours, which means that we WILL NOT accept walk-in clients. Please call
From the bottom of our hearts, we really appreciate all of our clients, and we thank you for a wonderful 25 Years. This was a very Sad and Hard decision to make, in order for our clients to continue receiving the highest level of service that we could possibly give. Our team will still be the people that you are used to dealing with, just through a slightly different structure and location. We really do appreciate everything that you, our clients, have done for us over the past 25 years, and look forward to a new chapter in all of our lives, moving forward.
